The Expert lives in Lisbon and has worked for 18 years in the field of agri-food marketing.

He has a university diploma in management (Baccalaureate+5years) and an Advanced Studies Diploma in European Studies. The Expert’s professional experience has mainly been in marketing and foreign trade consulting.

In Lisbon he worked for the ITALIAN FOREIGN TRADE INSTITUTE where he was in charge of assisting Italian agri-food companies to export their products to Portugal.

He also assisted many French companies when he was in charge of the Support for French firms department at the FRENCH-LUSO CHAMBER OF COMMERCE AND INDUSTRY.

He has accompanied firms such as CHAMPAGNE MAÏS, CHERRUEIX or APIPOMME.

The Expert has a particularly keen knowledge of mass distribution and the expectations of Portuguese consumers. He also knows the local regulations and the administrative constraints linked to this market.

The Expert can answer all questions dealing with Portuguese consumption and the types of approach according to the kind of product. He can advise you about a product (packaging, characteristics, price) and tell you if you can envisage developing a project in Portugal.
